Walgreen’s purse snatcher gets year in jail

GALLUP — Luther Mosbarger was in Gallup from Colorado on Jan. 13 to visit his mother, according to his attorney. Needing a little money, he decided to snatch a purse outside the Walgreen’s drug store. That act earned him a stay in town for the next year.
